Her professional journey includes experience in the crypto and Web3 ecosystem, with previous involvement as a freelance blockchain-based NFT creator. This exposure to emerging technologies and digital assets has contributed to her understanding of the evolving intersection between technology and finance.

At Finsphere, she is focused on developing technology-driven financial solutions aimed at addressing liquidity and working-capital challenges faced by businesses, particularly across sectors with significant financing gaps.

Her work is centred around financial innovation, technology, accessibility, and building practical solutions for businesses, with a focus on creating scalable financial infrastructure for India's emerging business ecosystem.

Sudipto Kumar Ghosh is an entrepreneur and business professional with around 15 years of experience across technology, fintech, supply chain, operations, and business consulting. He holds a post-graduate qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from IISWBM, Kolkata.

He is associated with multiple ventures, including Finsphere Private Limited, where he serves as Co-founder & COO, and Cignus Global Pvt. Ltd., where he serves as Director. He is also the Founder of India Business Helpline (IBH), a business support ecosystem focused on empowering entrepreneurs and MSMEs across the country.

His expertise spans business strategy, operations, supply chain & logistics, technology solutions, business development, investment facilitation, and strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on transforming business opportunities into scalable and practical solutions.

Prasun Das is the Co-founder & CTO at Finsphere Private Limited, where he leads technology strategy, product engineering, and digital infrastructure.

A software engineer with experience across fintech, SaaS, enterprise applications, and business automation, he specialises in system architecture, full-stack development, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and scalable technology solutions.

At Finsphere, he focuses on building secure, reliable, and scalable financial technology platforms that support the company's products, operations, and long-term growth.

Rohan Ghosh is an entrepreneur and business professional, with close to 10 years of work experience across the realms of finance, business consulting, marketing and education.

With an MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad, and prior experience in the FMCG sector, he brings strong technical expertise from the domains of sales & marketing, business development, merchandising, brand management, market research, consumer insights, and digital marketing.

Apart from playing the role of Director and CBO at Finsphere Private Limited, he also serves as Chief Mentor at Go Bell the Cat, a coaching institution focused on career acceleration for management studies aspirants.

Ranit Biswas serves as the CFO at Finsphere Private Limited, where he contributes to financial management, compliance, financial planning, and risk management.

He is also the Founder of Resolve Consultancy India, a professional consulting firm providing services across corporate compliance, taxation, licensing, due diligence, regulatory approvals, and business advisory.
