When you contact us or submit a financing enquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business or company name, email address, phone number, enquiry type and the details of your message or financing requirement.

We do not ask you to submit confidential or sensitive documents through the general website contact form. Any formal documentation required for an assessment is requested and handled separately.

Information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, to evaluate and structure eligible financing opportunities, to connect eligible opportunities with appropriate institutional capital providers, and to communicate with you about your enquiry.

This website does not operate its own form server. When you submit the contact form, your details are transmitted to EmailJS, a third-party email-delivery service, which forwards them to FINSPHERE by email. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms.

Where an opportunity proceeds, relevant information may be shared with banks, NBFCs, private-credit providers or other institutional capital providers for the purpose of assessment, due diligence and financing. Those providers process information under their own policies and obligations.

Information is retained for as long as necessary to respond to and process your enquiry and to meet applicable legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and you should avoid sending confidential documents through the general contact form.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided, and may ask questions about how it is handled by contacting us.
